There are some things you have to strain at in the spirit realm because glancing at it in the physical realm gives you a distorted view. When you strain at something, you set your eyes on it. It will cause you discomfort at first, but your eye must be trained to see beyond the physical realm. You must cancel out everything around you and you zoom in or focus on the task at hand. The more experience you gain at straining in the spirit realm, the more visionary muscle you will develop making it easier to focus on the next assignment. You will have learned how to avoid distractions with mastery and you will have conditioned your eyes to see it as God reveals it. Straining is training. And as you strain, you train your eye to do it better and with more precision for accuracy the next time.
Challenge yourself right now. What is the thing God revealed to you in the spirit realm that your natural eye can’t comprehend? Form the image of it right now and zoom in. Focus the lens of our spiritual eyes until what God says is clearer than what you flesh is telling you. Come into agreement with what you see and call it good.
Genesis 1:31, “And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.”
